This project involved the refurbishment of multiple student properties across Jesmond and Heaton in Newcastle upon Tyne. Each property had unique requirements, with some involving complete remodelling of internal layouts to optimise space and functionality. The project was phased over several months to ensure each property was completed on schedule.
