Head of Development
Terry heads up Sendrig’s development division, taking responsibility for all aspects of the development process and putting a personal stamp on the end product.
He has a lifetime of experience and qualifications in the construction industry, including quantity surveying, estimating, project management, training and mentoring. Having held various respected positions in his career, from commercial director to chief surveyor, Terry has worked on projects throughout the UK, including cinema and theatre conversions, listed building works, new-build care homes and bespoke private dwellings.
