Sendrig Construction has once again been awarded a position as one of the key contractors for the North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium (NEUPC) framework agreement for minor works services. This significant framework, which began on 14th October 2024 and spans four years, covers schemes up to £1 million.
The NEUPC framework, developed in collaboration with Durham, Newcastle, Northumbria, Sunderland and Teesside Universities, supports the delivery of minor building works across university premises in the North East. With over two decades of experience working with these institutions, Sendrig Construction is pleased to continue delivering high-quality workmanship to improve and modernise facilities for students throughout the region.
Sendrig’s managing director, Michael Lee, commented: "Having worked with the universities within the North East for over 20 years, it is with great enthusiasm that I can confirm our contract award for the NEUPC framework.
